Hi Mr Brown, this is just a point of view as i see things,if a man or woman go,s into a shop with a gun to hold up the store, and they shot some one, that would be man-slaughter,but if you get behind the wheel of a car, whilst you are well over the limit, and you kill two younge boys, how is it that you only get three and half year,s for each younge life you taken away,i only need to know.

The Four Essential Banking Reforms:
1. Anyone involving in the Banking Business, from Director to Teller, must have the appropriate banking qualifications before taking up any post and must undertake refresher courses every three years to keep up the mark.
2. All Bonuses should be earned annually, but held in trust for 5 years at money market interest rates, and any losses incurred during the next four years should be clawed back from the Bonus pot, before any banker receives any bonus payout and then only in respect of one fifth of the bonus pot annually till five years after the last bonus was earned. No bonuses should be earned for making either a loss or reducing staffing levels, other for legitimate reasons like incompetence or dishonesty.
3. The Bank's Personnel department should be supervised by qualified Non Executive Directors being paid a fixed salary and tasked with ensuring they only employ enough staff to run the bank efficiently without taking any unreasonable risk and that any such risk must always be on the Balance Sheet.
4. Off-Balance risks should be prohibited by Law.
