NY Construction Workers Caught Drinking On The Job

The short and long of it. New York construction workers take a brown-bag lunch break and turn it into a happy hour.  They booze it up, while an investigative camera crew is also having lunch a the same place and they make a video.  Then they go back to work, to build a horrifyingly tall Midtown skyscraper.  Yikes!
