Obviously, if they don't want you to know someone is involved with something that is corrupt, or labeled to be corrupt, then they are certainly not going to release their name. Yes, Pres.-elect Obama is most certainly handled by the C.F.R.-Trilateral Commission-Bilderberg Group puppetmasters. Look at who he surrounds himself with, people who are in these groups rubbing elbows with Dick Cheney, Richard Perle, Doug Feith, Condoleezza Rice, Paul Wolfowitz, Paul Bremer, Henry Kissinger... and this is supposed to bring about "Change We Can Believe In"? I think it's highly likely he'll "listen to the generals on the ground" and start the foot-dragging on the matter of withdrawing from Iraq. He's already said he envisions a residual force remaining in-country for an indefinite period. He's in favor of escalating the war in Afghanistan chasing after ghosts that didn't engineer 9/11, can't be counted upon to push for the Patriot Act and Patriot II to be repealed by Congress and in fact recently voted to grant the N.S.A. more leeway in domestic spying. This is a "change agent"?

At the end of the day Americans will still live in a country whose government can tap their phones without a warrant, read their mail before it gets to them, intercept their e-mail, investigate what library books a person checks out then bar the librarian from telling that person, spies on peaceful protesters, restricts protesters to designated, roped-off "free speech zones" far removed from the person against whom they are demonstrating and a government that can call on a whim anyone it wants to an "enemy combatant", kidnap them in the middle of the night to be whisked away to get tortured every day and live in 110 degree heat in a dog kennel at Guantanamo.

This goes to "Mr.Payne" regarding Ron Paul.  Anyone that thinks or says that Ron Paul "sucks" is either paid to say that, doesn't care for the US, is a complete moron, or a combination of all the above.  His credentials speak for themselves.  He is what every other politician should model themselves after. 

The CFR and their agenda is very real.  We are losing this country very quickly.  The Federal Reserve is where we need to start turning things around.  They gotta go and need to be replaced by a bank that doesn't print money out of thin air and then loan it to the american people with interest.  If that doesn't clue you in on the fact that there is something very wrong here then keep flapping your lips and with your eyes and ears firmly closed.

If you really don't think this can happen, then it will, because you didn't believe it would. The next possible reality that follows are the id tags that posses our credit and personal information as well as being your passport to travel. If you protest or don't go along with it you'll be arrested or your id tag will be turned off, and you will not exist, and you wont be able to go anywhere. These guys have thought of it all and they've been thinking it 100 years before you were born. The plan has been in motion for a long time and if you don't have money or resources, you can't fight it. Do you know why? Because they have ALL THE MONEY and ALL THE RESOURCES!!! I happy to meet so many of you who appear on the surface to be fully engaged and aware of what's at stake if "We The People" don't take action.

The CFR's original mission was to control the flow of information via the press. The mainstream news media has not been completely honest, nor have they been completely objective.

The biggest difference between those who are CFR members and those who are not is; CFR members are, for the most part, very wealthy, very focused, very powerful and organized. They know what they want and aren't afraid or unwilling to advance their agenda.

So, for those of you who don't agree with the agenda of the CFR, myself included, the real question seems obvious, What are we going to do about it? Does someone hold a gun to our head and force us to watch CNN, FOX, NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS, etc..? Are we forced to take vacations to Disneyland or Disneyworld? Is GE the only company that makes the products we buy? If the CFR friendly, Commission on Presidential Debates doesn't want to include non-CFR friendly candidates, are we forced to watch their debate?

Political institutions and organizations have their greatest power and effect at the local level. What are we doing locally to reform the media? Good, ethical citizens cannot win local elections without the aid of an unbiased and objective local media.

Only time will tell if President Barack Obama chooses to protect and defend our American Constitution as he has sworn to do. With God by his side, I can only hope he chooses to carry out the government and media reforms that need to be done.

I see this thread was started back in July of 2008, or the comments started then... IF you had looked at the CFR site before Obama announced is candidacy and just shortly after you would've seen a MEMBER page, however once word started getting around about him being a member and what they do they made that page (and others) for the "Campaign 2008". I know I saw it with my own eyes and only wish I'd taken a screenshot of it then.

The Trilateral Commission is less secretive than Bilderberg, with which it has interlocking leadership and a common agenda. David Rockefeller and Henry Kissinger are powers in both groups. Trilaterals huddle behind closed and guarded doors but the fact of their meetings is acknowledged. In the 1980 primaries, Ronald Reagan scoffed at the Trilateral Commission. His campaign operative, former Texas governor and treasury secretary John Connally, said Reagan would block Trilaterals from his administration. After his nomination, Reagan took Trilateral Bush on the ticket. As vice president, Bush the Elder addressed the Trilaterals in Washington and they were received at the White House. In 1992, Bush lost to Bill Clinton, ... governor of Arkansas. Clinton was a Trilateralist who had been promoted to Bilderberg when it met in Baden Baden, Germany in 1991.
