Obama Grows a Pair
It's amature hour for the Obama team, all of a sudden he has cojones. A guy who has never even ran a lemonade stand.
Obama promises that, as president, he will do it all -- visit on an unconditional basis with five of the world's worst dictators in his first year; get out of Iraq and fight harder in Afghanistan and, maybe, Pakistan; rebuild old U.S. alliances and establish new ones; and double U.S. foreign aid and improve U.S. intelligence-gathering while abandoning nasty means like warrantless wiretapping. He will "not hesitate to use force, unilaterally if necessary, to protect the American people or our vital interests whenever we are attacked or imminently threatened." And he also would use force "beyond self-defense ... to support friends, participate in stability and reconstruction operations or confront mass atrocities."
And that's not all. He also will get control of the world's loose nukes, reach out to the Muslim world in his first 100 days, close down Guantanamo Bay and give full constitutional rights to enemy combatants, rally the world to address global climate change, and kill and capture terrorists anywhere on the globe, but never, ever kidnap or torture any.
Of course, it's perfectly legitimate for a presidential candidate to lay down a broad foreign policy vision, as Obama did in his terrorism speech Wednesday and in a Foreign Affairs article earlier this year.
But completely missing from Obama's breathtaking agenda is any sense of priorities, limits, difficulties -- or humility. His pronouncements exude hubris and inexperience.

So now he's a "real man" because he ready to use aggression?? Is that your analysis of his politics, or his manhood?

And the group of draft-dodgers in D.C. are of a more study stock? The only enemies the U.S. has the U.S. created. Or are you forgetting that bin-Laden used to work for the CIA?

it is a ruff world and somteimes your friends become your enemies. you seem to have this third world view of blame and hate America but i do not speak bad of my country. if i disagree i make my point, but out of respect for the men and women in the armed forces i will not trash my country even if Obama was Pres. when islamists are trying to kill Amreicans and Christians around the world .i understand the envy some have of this country defeating Communism and giving freedom to hundreds of millions of people and has dashed many peoples hopes of making Americans as miserable as themselves. But it will not work.

"Communism"?? Are you living in the real world? There has never been a communist state, only govenments that purport to practise communism. And if you support the troops so strongly and wish to defend the supposedly threatened Christian religion and Americans against the Islamic hoardes, why aren't you in Iraq or Afghanistan shooting at "The Enemy"?? From what I can see from your websites, you are more interested in music and club life than defending your stated belief in American hegemony. Maybe you haven't heard, but recruitment numbers are at an all time low. When are you going to sign up?

how i make a living in the music industry has nothing to do with my beliefs it has given me the opportunity to travel and see other countries. And ask the Korean Christian hostages that are being murdered as we speak if their religion is "supposedly threatened". it seems you are not living in the real world. Cuba is the prime example of a Communist State. as to joining the armed forces what you say is childish.
