I don't answer to the state

The Alberta Rights Human Commission is holding hearings on journalist columnist and coservative activist Ezra Levant, The Western Standard Magazine, and thier re-publicaiton of the controversial cartoons from a Danish Newspaper.

These cartoons ingnited protests (some violent) among some Muslim Groups. An Imam based in Canada filed a complaint against Levant and the hearings are now underway.

Levant has posted the video of the hearings  on the internet, a fascinating window into how human rights cases are ajudicated, revealing their quasi-legal stauts.

evant frames the issue as one of freedom of speech versus militiants trying to subvert that freedom, with the Human Rights Commission being an active enabler of religous groups and cutlural complaint.

I am not a fan of Ezra Levant  but I curious to know what people think?
