Design and marketing for teenagers: my top 10 for 2007
Design for teens means developping products based upon teens preferences. Personnalisation, fashion, technology and interractivity seems to be the most important aspects of teen based markets.
The teen market appears interesting for compagnies because teenagers tend to work part time jobs althougt they don't have much responsabilities. They spend money on goods and services more then many adults. See www.magazine.org/content/files/teenprofile04.pdf for more information.
According to psychologists, today the teenage years can go from 12 to 25 years of age because students stay at teir parents home more often nowadays.
