Would the real Boy George Bush please stand up?
This past week, with democratic senators showing some backbone and actually asking questions that weren't on the study sheet, Boy George went out to defend his nominee for attorney general. He went back to the hood to talk to his homies at the Heritage Center.

“The job of Attorney General is essential to the security of America” … “Some in Washington should spend more time responding to the warnings of terrorists like Osama bin Laden (empasis added), and the requests of our commanders on the ground, and less time responding to the demands of MoveOn.org bloggers and Code Pink protesters.”
Read it for yourself.

Yes, folks, Osama's back! You thought he was out of favor with our Coward-in-Chief after 13 March 2007, when Boy George said -

So I don't know where he is. You know, I just don't spend that much time on him, Kelly, to be honest with you.
You'll find it here.

Of course, the most amazing part of that answer is Bush saying he is being honest. Reporters ignored that and actually pressed a little on bin Laden.

Q But don't you believe that the threat that bin Laden posed won't truly be eliminated until he is found either dead or alive?
THE PRESIDENT: Well, as I say, we haven't heard much from him. And I wouldn't necessarily say he's at the center of any command structure. And, again, I don't know where he is. I -- I'll repeat what I said. I truly am not that concerned about him. You'll find it here.

That's after the famous "dead or alive" statement on 17 September 2001.

I just remember, all I'm doing is remembering when I was a kid I remember that they used to put out there in the old west, a wanted poster. It said: "Wanted, Dead or Alive." All I want and America wants him brought to justice. That's what we want.
You can even watch the video here.

Of course, Bush is the one who allowed bin Laden to escape. Bush is the one who allowed al Qaeda to thrive once again by starting the senseless war in Iraq.
Sadly, bin Laden is no more than one of many bogeymen Boy George keeps in his closet to drag out and try to scare the American people into blind obedience. Another one is to keep on linking Iraq to the September 11th attacks, even though that lie has been disproved over and over again. However, the felons, druggies, perverts, liars and bigots of right-wing radio keep repeating it as their official mantra.
So, as long as it works, the flip-flopper-in-chief will keep on pulling Osama out of the closet when it comes time to play the fear card.
When it comes time for the president to deliver on his promise to the 9/11 victims and their families, you can forget it.
