Luka Pensa, designer and young internet entrepreneur came up with idea and concept plan for Tariona park.

The idea is to offer every individual or corporation an opportunity to own a piece of Croatian coast, top tourist destination for year 2006, as selected by National Geographic. Instead of letting property developers that piece of virgin, intact nature and ruin it by converting to blocks of apartments, Luka decided to offer his land divided into 34,800 areas. Areas are on free sales to every interested individual or corporation, who at that time become area patrons.

Once the land area is sold, Tariona park is going to be first internet-supported and broadcasted park, or better said - meditation garden -- designed in a specific way to give each of its virtual and real visitors unique combination of peace and silence, freshness of Mediterranean air, spectacular views and shivering feeling of complete tranquility. A combination that is hard to achieve anywhere else in today's, fast-paced world.

Every patron purchasing at least one area gets signed and authorized land ownership certificate, limited edition patron T-shirt, online promotional area and a chance to win all-inclusive dream vacation - a luxury cruise on the Adriatic coast for four and visit to island of Drvenik Veli and Tariona park in person.

This project is just a small attempt to help global environment and pay back nature for all of the wonders mankind has already ruined for good and is everyone's chance to become aware of the world we live in.
