By JIM UTTER The Charlotte Observer According to a note posted on the home page of his official Web site, Patrick Carpentier, who has driven in the ChampCar World Series and Indy Racing League, plans to compete next season in the NASCAR Busch Series. The note does not indicate what team Carpentier plans to compete with, but says he plans to become the first Canadian rookie of the year in the NASCAR Busch Series.
