Anarchy in the US? 'Punk House' the book (the movie?) by Abby Banks

Now based in the green pastures of Vermont (Brattleboro to be specific), Abby Banks hit the road with her camera back in 2004 to document what she calls Interiors in Anarchy. The result is Punk House (published by Harry N. Abrams, October 2007).
