Anna Nicole Smith: The Inquest To Her Son's Death Continues Monday

Monday, November 19th, court is scheduled in the Bahamas to once again begin the inquest into the death of Daniel Smith.  Daniel Smith died in the hospital room of Anna Nicole Smith while visiting his newborn baby sister Dannielynn.  Since then there have been many attempts to begin an inquest into the young mans death but each time there is reason to delay.  More than a year after Daniel’s death now, we will just have to wait to see if the questions surrounding the mysterious death are finally answered Daniel Smith had only been in the Bahamas for several hours and during that time managed to obtain methadone.  Many question who gave him the methadone and question whether it was the same methadone pictured in photographs of Anna Nicole’s refrigerator.  Dr. Kapoor, wrote a prescription for methadone to Anna Nicole under the alias of Michelle Chase while she was 8 ½ months pregnant, just weeks before Daniel’s overdose

Meanwhile in another courtroom, Rita Cosby just gave her deposition which was said to have lasted from early morning until late into the evening.  Rita Cosby is being sued by Howard K. Stern for allegedly making false claims in her new book “Blonde Ambition” that Mr. Stern and Larry Birkhead had a sexual relationship with each other
