Howard K. Stern has hit Rita Cosby with a 60 million dollar law suit concerning her controversial book “Blonde Ambition”. Greta Van Susteren of Fox's "On the Record" made a point that it’s not like Howard K. Stern had a reputation to begin with or a career that was affected. I agree, how can he win a lawsuit when there were really no damages.

What is interesting about this is that now she has the power to so subpoena anyone she likes. That should be interesting to watch. Could anything be more than a circus to watch than the unbelievable events surrounding the fight over her burial?
