LIZZIE BORDEN'S GRAVE(CHANGED HER NAME TO LIZBETH AFTER THE TRAIL) by ACE PRESTON

NOTE: The murders of Mr. Borden & Mrs. Borden are actually quite easy to solve. A double homicide was committed in a household where a total of four people were present right next to one another yet nobody saw or heard anything. Television, radio, and headphones didn't exist back then. Mr. Borden was a wealthy man who was not liked in the community. The jury decided within an hour of finding Lizzie "not guilty" and of course she wasn't guilty.
Had Mr. Borden not been giving his fortune away pre-maturely to his step-wife by Will and Testimony and/or taking away property from his daughters the murders perhaps would not have occurred. Mrs. Borden was killed because she was the next in line to inherit Mr. Borden's fortune. Mr. Borden's brother-in-law, Robert V. Morse, a butcher by trade, brother of deceased first wife who had to come to town to sign papers as well to relinquish property perhaps against his own free will. Transportation was not a simple thing in the 1890's. Lizzie Border was too small to overcome two people in a matter of minutes, one being a male. Mr. Borden was sitting down when he was assaulted perhaps having a conversation with his murderer. He was taken out by a hard first strike from a right-handed person. The maid, Bridget claims that she was taking a nap on the 2nd floor as Mrs. Borden was performing maid services. She lived upstairs in the 3rd floor attic. Why was she on the 2nd floor unless she messed up her alibi unlike Lizzie who kept changing her story. Lizzie's sister Emma was out of town during the murders but Lizzie had returned earlier as not to implement her younger sister. Robert Morse stayed the night before which meant he left the very same day of the murders. Lizzie & Emma were the children from his deceased sister. He had no relationship with Mr.& Mrs. Borden. Before the murders Lizzie had tried to obtain cyanide from a local druggist but failed. The entire family did suffer from food poisoning shortly afterwards. There had been a crime committed prior to the murders within the household where $50(alot of money back then) was taken as well as some jewelry. The crime was reported to the police but nothing came about it. Lizzie had also been arrested some time after her trail for shoplifting. I believe the murder was committed by Mr. Robert V. Morse. I believe after he murdered Mrs. Borden last as he slipped out the side door from Mr. Borden's 2nd floor bedroom. Yes, Lizzie Borden did not commit the actual murders but she was a partner in crime with her biological uncle besides they had everything thing to lose to a woman they had nothing in common with. Mr. Morse would not permit his motherless nieces to go through life struggling over a total stranger.

"A VISIT TO THE LIZZIE BORDEN HOUSE" AXE NOT INCLUDED

Massachusetts is a wonderful state to visit during Halloween. Fall really shows it's true colors there. Imagine the site of the original landings by the religious sector known as "The Puritans" located at Plymouth...

Actually I am related to Lizbeth Borden through my great grandma her maiden name was Borden, but later changed it to Larabee, I personally feel that Lizzie had a lot of anger towards her step-mother and hey I do towards my step-father, but I don't think she did it maybe the poisoning but definetly not the axe.  It is genetic in our family though we do have: Minor Schizophrenia,Borderline Chronic Depression, Anger Issues, and Extreme Paranoia. And yes all of it came from the Borden side of my family. I have just learned to deal with my issues..............

Well good luck to you..part of the solution is the acknowledgement of one's issues..the actress Elizabeth Montgomery was also related to Liz..Fortunately there is medication these days to help with such ailments..

Yeah, you know this story is so crazy. Coincidently my friends and I went to her grave on Monday to take photos to see if we could get anything. We heard jingling and rustling, but it turns out it was just some girl giving her boyfriend a hand job next to a bunch of graves, which was more bizarre than seeing a Lizabeth Bordens ghost..lol.  I think she was in on it in some way, but I don't think she had the balls to kill her own father. Step-mother maybe. I plan to go back to Lizabths grave and take more pictures to see if i get something, I'll post them if i do.

That is sick!! Call the police next time..people shouldn't be doing that in public places..Little children could see that and become emotionally scarred for life. That is what hotels are for. This is terrible news. Please be careful if you go back there. I just hope those young reckless people were using protection..God only knows what kind of weird diseases one could catch nowadays with their hands that the CDC in Atlanta hasn't warned us about.
