POLITICS IN PAKISTAN

Normally you concieve politics as some welfare plan for your country and it's people to get power with public mandate for the implementation of the plan. But here in PAKISTAN,none of the political parties is bothered about crafting a plan and seek public mandate to come into power, but pretend to the people that they are coming into power,so as to get them frightend and in need to come in the good books of the next rulers.

It is almost a reverse trend of politics, which results in the upperhand of anti-public forces within the society. When more than one party pose to come into power, political investors quote rates for their tickets. And after a party comes into power, its elected members avail opportunities of heavy profits as a return to their purchase of party tickets. That is how the political stock exchange is functioning in PAKISTAN. Investors say that there is no business with better returns as compare to politics. In all this walk of politics, badly ignored are the voters, who are told by their representatives not to claim any service against their votes as they purchased the tickets at heavy prices and are still unable to recover their actual costs. People remain waiting for the time when their costs are recovered, so as they could become free to attend the people, but next elections reach before the saturation of representatives.

Now a days, people have become well aware of this political practice, but are bound by less options available to them for eradication of the scene. Anyhow, awareness always find the way to get out of the fix. So let us hope that people of PAKISTAN will also find a way out of this worst exploitation, election after elaction.
