Prof DR Teuku Jacob passed away

"Prof Jacob died after an intensive treatment of a chronic liver disease," UGM spokesman Suryo Baskoro said.

Prof T Jacob who is a UGM physical anthropologist also known for his controversial discovery of the existence of Flores man that stirred the minds of anthropologists across the world.

"He is also known as a scientist that has written a lot of books, scientific papers and articles in various journals and newspapers," he said.
