United Nations investigator, Miloon Kothari October 16, 2007

October 16, 2007 Miloon Kothari, Special Rapporteur on Adequate Housing for the United Nations Human Rights Council, met with people in Vancouver, British Columbia. People spoke who have been homeless and people who are now homeless and others, regarding the homelessness situation in Vancouver.
Miloon began the meeting with the statements made in the first half of this video and the closing statements he made are in the second half of this video.
