"Wild" Joe Francis Has PMS Outburst AGAIN...
(Source)--The Girls Gone Wild guru's Miami attorney, Roy Black, filed a prosecutorial misconduct motion against Florida State Attorney Steve Meadows Tuesday, alleging that Meadows has exhibited a "pattern of blatant abuse" in his dealings with Francis.
Among other things, Black takes issue with Meadows' decision to be interviewed for the VH1 documentary The Rise and Fall of Joe Francis, in which Meadows repeatedly expressed his belief that Francis was guilty of the charges against him, which include two counts each of using and conspiring to use minors in a sexual performance.
David Houston, another of Francis' attorneys, said in a statement: "In our country, a defendant is innocent until proven guilty."
COMMENTARY: Ok, let me dissect this. Francis is accusing a prosecutor of "abuse". From what I understand a prosecutor is supposed to believe he is guilty and can say what he or she wants as long as he is not breaking any local rules of conduct. This differs in every jurisdiction so I'm sure the Judge will dismiss this "grabbing of straws" lawsuit.
Francis claims "abuse"? Let's look at what this hypocrite's background of abuse looks like:

In 2000, the property manager of Francis' Santa Monica apartment, Stephanie Van de Motter, obtained a restraining order requiring that he stay at least 100 yards away from her. She said that Francis, upset about the noise garbage collectors made in the mornings, had harassed and threatened her twice by climbing up to her bedroom window and pounding violently on the glass while screaming obscenities at her. He also appeared in her office several times asking for her by using the "c-word" and left messages with her co-worker saying, "Tell the bitch this is war."
Or how about this one?
In 2003, Darian Mathias-Patterson, who scouted locations and arranged for the rental of a space for a Halloween party Francis threw, filed a police report that he threatened to kill her when she told him she couldn't return his $25,000 deposit because the 2,000 guests had trashed the place. She told police he said, "I'm going to fucking get you, you fucking whore" and repeatedly used the "c-word". Two weeks later, Mathias-Patterson, who was pregnant, miscarried. She later sued Francis and his company in Los Angeles County Superior Court for emotional distress, and the case was settled for an undisclosed amount.
"I am tired of these lies being used against me in an attempt to extort money from me and destroy my name," he said in a statement. "I am prepared to fight back, and I will defend myself against all baseless allegations against me."
COMMENTARY: Sounds like something OJ would say.
No one buys the "poor me" act, Francis. At least not me. Who can argue against my logic? To me, that's like feeling sorry for Paris Hilton or thinking that Britney doesn't need therapy.
"Black also claims Meadows has jeopardized Francis' right to a fair trial by publicly portraying him as a despicable character, thereby lowering his chances of finding unbiased individuals to serve on a jury."
COMMENTARY: How else would one describe this animal? He's a sleeze and everyone knows it. There was a poor public perception against him BEFORE he was arrested in TWO different states.
Good luck finding a non-biased jury anywhere, idiot. People want to see this guy fry, and I hope it is a successful PIG ROAST.

Michelle Says So, Good stuff.
Anyone like Sleaze King and others of his ilk who make money basically off drunk chicks, deserves all the law will give him. Granted some ladies may flash for attention, but I can only assume this is a immediate incident where age is not asked of these ladies, all for a thirsting public of pedophiles and horny teenage boys.
