''My heart goes out to these Special People, they really do deserve a better chance in life. They are disadvantaged from birth. They are segregated and moved to other districts and due to this they have no friends.

Debbie from Kilburn London NW6, attended a special school for 8 years in 1967.. She was put there by her local Authority.

The school was a 2 hr train journey away and because of this she had no friends.

This special school is the Newest type of New Technology Special Needs School, but they are being hampered by not having the Professional tools to carry out their work, after discovering that Acting helps cure Special needs children.

The government has set them an impossible target of raising £16,000 before the deadline runs out the end of this week.

''I honestly think our Government has got its priorities all wrong.

They waste umpteen billions on all sorts of dealings computer systems that don't even work.

(Expert warns £20bn NHS computer programme 'won't work')

But when it comes to helping really needy British children they put milestones in their way.

If I purchased a computer and it did not work I would ask for my money back.

Tony Blair should send them a cheque for £16,000.

That is money well spent, not wasted.

Considering I am a TAX payer, I want my share of the £20,000,000,000 back and pronto.
