GELSENKIRCHEN, Jun 8 (SW) - With a large supporter base set to invade Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen, Poland will look for a positive start to their Group A campaign tomorrow evening against Ecuador.

Both teams' national anthems were played and the game is beginning.
Poland was supposed to have a good showing in the last World Cups, but never had a change to live up to the high expectations. This years team returns, and is much more prepared to make a run at the tournament.
Equador came through a tough South American qualifier. However, they finished third following Brazil and Argentina. They will be a tough opponent for Poland.
