You guys are talking about 2 different events. The one in this video ocurred on 02/25/07 and it's definitely an act of abuse of authority, no matter how you feel about airport security screening. But the article referring to "the sippy cup lady" took place on 06/11/07, and the video is available at TSA website. Look closely and you'll see that the two women are built and dressed different.
