The successful campaign by brave Egyptian bloggers backed by awakening free press forced the Egyptian government to arrest one of the torture police officers. The news was published in El-Fagr newspaper on November 27,2006. A call for all victims to come forward to testify and identify the identity of other torture officers so that all torture officers are arrested. A new era of free cyber press is changing the face of press in Egypt and forcing traditional paper press to adopt more fair and independent views to keep its credibility. Congratulations to Demagh Mak, Wael Abbas, El-Fagr newspaper and many others who stood firmly for human rights of Egyptians. A call for all Egyptians to wake up and stand fast for their rights. It's only the beginning.Congratulations !
