20,000 M-16s Entered Nepal through Pakistani Borders

Pentagon sources in favor of the sovereignty of developing nations have claimed that almost 20,000 M-16 rifles, facilitated by two extremist US senators and the former ambassador to Nepal James F. Moriarty, have reached Kathmandu this week. The India-Nepal border points were used for the purpose. Smuggling gangs and the Indian SBI with links to black marketers were reportedly used to transport the weapons. Raksaul-based Nepali sources affiliated to N<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />epal’s Department of Military Intelligence state that 5000 M-16s were kept at Birgunj while 5,000 were sent to Biratnagar. Similarly, 5,000 M-16 rifles were sent to Nepalgunj. The whereabouts of the remaining 5,000 rifles is not known yet. It is noteworthy that 789 people under the cover of the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (MJF) have been brought here in Washington to train them for battling Maoists in the future. The MJF is  a multiple umbrella organization housing hardcore monarchists, extremist Hindus, fundamentalist muslims, Nepali Congress, Nepali Congress (Democratic), Nepal Sadbhawan Party, and United Marxists-Leninists (UML). They have all united to sweep Maoists away from Nepal. If the incoming weapons are misused, it will definitely send Nepal into a tremendous civil war. The Kathmandu-based UN peace mission appears to have been thoughtless. Many Nepalese people mistrust the UN Human rights in Kathmandu because they fundamentally serve US interests and neglect the continuous massacres. The UN Human Rights industry in Kathmandu has not been able to pressurize the Nepal government to end impunity. Massacre leaders sake hands with the prime ministers and other leaders. The security chiefs involved in massacres and other crimes against humanity and also blacklisted by the probe commission for actions have been promoted. Two educated citizens in Kathmandu through telephone informed this scribe that Nepal is run by criminals. Genuine people have been leaving Nepal every day in thousands. They claim the long queue before foreign embassies in Kathmandu and manpower agencies prove this. Nobody feels secure in this country. They also blame on the Central Intelligence Agency for playing foul games in a politically and morally weak country. <?xml:namespace prefix = o />While the Nepal government has been sloganeering the Constituent Assembly polls in November, none of the parties have gone to any rural part. More than 50 percent of Nepal’s plain region has come under complete control of armed groups.With the entry of 20,000 M-16 rifles, innocent civilians will have to live a tortured and terrorized life.
