Bush calls on N. Korea to disclose all nuclear activities

"Full declaration is one of the next steps North Korea must take to keep the six-party talks moving toward the goal of a Korean peninsula without nuclear weapons," Bush said, referring to the six-nations who negotiated the agreement.

North Korea agreed to abandon its nuclear programme after years of contentious and often stalled negotiations in exchange for humanitarian aide and eventual restoration of full diplomatic relations with the United States.

North Korea shut down its nuclear plant at Yongbyon earlier this year as part of the deal. North Korea has admitted to having a plutonium-based nuclear programme but has rejected US assertions of also having a process for enriching uranium, another method for developing the fuel needed for a nuclear device.
