Garuda 20-E Contingent to leave for Congo

"The Garuda 20-E Contingent is expected to be able to perform its tasks professionally and to preserve the good image of the nation and the Indonesian Military (TNI). As professional soldiers, you are expected to be able to do your jobs as best as possible," Endang Suwarya told the contingent`s members.

Garuda 20-E will succeed the Garuda 20-D contingent which will end its term in Congo. The Garuda 20-D has been serving in a region bordering Sudan where the risk of trouble is relatively high

Endang Suwarya asked the Garuda 20-E troops to maintain solidarity and unity among themselves as well as with soldiers from other countries while in Congo.
