Yesterday, Giuliani earned about 15 per cent of the vote in Florida's
Republican primary, and he will likely drop out of the Presidential
race quickly. (By the time you read this, he may have already done so).
In a word, he's history. But not the kind of history that you find in
student text books, the kind in which you are forgotten. Just a few
months ago, everyone had crowned the Mayor as the Republican nominee
who would most likely face Senator Clinton.
