Govt bans Kejora flag hoisting in Papua

"The only flag is the Red-and-White. I call on them not to hoist the Kejora flag. If they want to protest something, it is enough for them to channel their aspirations through their governors and district heads," Defense Minister Juwono Sudarsono said at the parliament building here on Wednesday.
Dec. 1 is the anniversary of the OPM.
Juwono said US Congressman Eni F.H. Faleomavaega, who is currently on a visit to Papua, had never supported any attempt by Papuans to secede from the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. Instead, he wanted Papuans to remain an integral part of Indonesia.
