Indonesia`s Garuda Contingent XXIII-B leaves for Lebanon

Konga XX-IIIB is composed of 850 personnel, consisting of 520 personnel from the Army, 242 personnel from the Navy, 60 personnel from the Air Force, 16 personnel from TNI headquarters, one from the defense ministry and three from the foreign affairs ministry.

The second batch of Garuda XX-IIIB military contingent will depart on November 28 and December 1, 2007.

In the meantime, the first batch of Konga XXIII-A, which has completed its assignment in Lebanon, will arrive back in the country on November 14, 2007.
