"It is not postponed but adjusted to scales of priorities. Being postponed means it has no schedule whereas it is only adjusted to scales of priorities which means there are development plan phases," the TNI chief told reporters after the transfer of navy chief post from Admiral Slamet Soebijanto to Vice Admiral Sumardjono here on Monday.

The Navy is planning to expand its existing fleet, namely eastern fleet and western fleet, to three fleet commands by building another one, the central fleet command.
