cosmos, receptive to energy, spiritual awareness, empathetic, psychic

A LITTLE HISTORY:

On January 1, 1976 a time certain expired on a demand letter I addressed
to Church President Spencer W. Kimball. 
That letter written on November 1, 1975 demanded a full conference with
top leadership of the church in reference to personal spiritual experiences I
had encountered for many years which concerned the affairs of the church. The
letter set a time frame for that conference and was ignored as had all other
attempts at meaningful communication for the previous five years. This is all
documented history.

When January 1st arrived I composed another letter, a notice
of default of the church leaders preconditioning my notice of insubordination by
which I would thereafter follow the dictates of conscience gleaned from years
of enlightenment concerning affairs of the church.

That notice prompted action by church intelligence to use all assets at
its disposal to determine what exactly was referenced in my promise to follow “dictates
of conscience.” Two Home Teachers were assigned to surreptitiously obtain a
recorded unguarded comment by me through the use of the micro-wave cavity
resonator eavesdropping system. The system patterned after the Soviet invention
as embedded in the US Moscow embassy was cast
as a lapel pin and shaped as a golden honey bee. (A bee from the Bee Hive
State intended to gather
intelligence for use of the bee hive of the church.)

As they Entered the front door, I noticed these very bold pins, about the
size of a quarter, worn on the lapels of Brother Roy King and his son-in-law my
regularly assigned but not so regular “Home Teachers”.  I asked them what the pins were and was told
they were tokens of appreciation for the years of service they had given to the
church. ( A programmed response)

After Seating in the living room, instead of greetings of kindness and
love as is expected of such visits an immediate inquisition of my person took
place. “Brother Wallace. You have been writing letters to Salt Lake.”
“What are you planning on doing?” Who are your supporters?” The tone and gravity
was such that my wife, not a Mormon, came to the living room with distress on
her face. I acknowledged her concern and signaled I had the situation under
control.

As to the question concerning the letters, I replied that the past and
present Stake Presidents were well aware of the letters and if there were any
questions about them they should be directed to those men at whose suggestion I
commenced the letters some four years earlier.

you will find the exchange between myself and LeGrand Richards as well as the
parental words of advice coming from Spencer Kimball who likened my experiences
to the Angel’s visit to Mary telling her that she would give birth to the Savior
and she ‘ kept it in her heart. ‘ Had she told anyone he speculated she likely
would not have lived to give birth. So his advice went if you have had any such
experience, “I would suggest you keep it in your heart and never tell a soul.”]

As to the issue of supporters, I flat out told them there were none and
at the time it was true. As to the issue of what I was planning on doing, there
was no plan however it didn’t take long after that for unseen forces to bring a
plan into focus.

The next attempt at interrogation occurred the very next day with my
ex-wife requesting me to come to her (our old) home and discuss the welfare of
two minor children who lived with her. When she refused to discuss it over the
phone I reluctantly went only to discover that the issue was a ruse and she was
wearing the smallest version of the “Bee” on
her blouse. “What is it you are doing with the
church?” was her first utterances.

I told her that was an issue no longer her concern since divorce. That
she had previously opposed my expressions of concern about church affairs which
in part led to the divorce. About that moment I discovered the miniature lapel pin and asked her why she was wearing
one as it was only given to the Elders. “Well, perhaps this is the way the
church wants me to share in priesthood since we are divorced,” was her
reaction.

Knowing she was secretly meeting with a married Elder’s Quorum president,
I asked her how her love life was going. Immediately she had to depart the
scene with an excuse she needed to do something. (So that her personal affairs
were not disclosed) Going to her bedroom from the dining room I heard her immediately
speaking to someone. Telephone? No! Coming back minus the jewelry I asked her
what happen to it. “Well I don’t want to wear it all the time”, was her reply.
I had warned her of the use of it and advised her to give it back which she later
told me she had exclaiming with her hands thrown in the air, “I don’t want anything to do with it!”

Now I had learned of the device many years earlier through the church
grape vine. It had been first used against me in the office of President
Kimball’s male secretary right there at 47 East South Temple the previous year
and church intelligence shortly afterwards had attempted to convince my father
to take one and proudly wear it when ever I came over to visit.  He refused it because we had prior discussions
about it and the intended use to spy on Americans for the benefit of the church
Earth Kingdom of God agenda.

No further known attempt at discovery were made with the
presumption that I was a nut case and posed no threat to church security. That
was evidenced by the fact of total surprise of April 2, 1976.

In the evening of April 1, 1976, a small public relations firm in Vancouver, Washington,
notified local and national media that a press conference would be held the
next morning at a motor lodge in Portland,
Oregon during which a Black man
would be ordained to the Mormon Priesthood. They also notified Church Public
Relations officers. The issue was ripe for action and public attention was
magnified by the presence of those officers attempting to challenge and nullify
it. The controversy stimulated the moment.

For three months prior, a scene had unfolded orchestrated by forces with
unseen hands. All of this has been chronicled in my autobiography UNDER THE MORMON
TREE Published on the internet February 2001. All the efforts of church intelligence were frustrated by the
inability of church leadership to spiritually connect to the God of the Cosmos whom
you claim to act for. Had you been connected you would have known what was in
the offing and there would have been no need to spy.  I did nothing but follow the script as it was
laid out on a daily basis for me. Impressions, Hunches, Intuition and Precognition!
 It was undeniably valid.

On Friday April 2nd, 1976 and the next week, Headlines flashed
around the world in newspapers, on radio and television that the Mormon Church
had finally ordained a Black man. The world was excited and ecstatic but you
kept your deathly silence allowing hacks to disavow efficacy. You maintained your
secret of the fact that you were not connected with the cosmos. You ordered an
excommunication for insubordination of the writer to vainly demonstrate to the
faithful membership that you were connected and in charge as God’s duly
appointed authority yet you had forfeited authority.

Even then you hid behind police violence and investigation while you
pretended to church members that you were connected and I wasn’t. As a result
of that posture, David Olson a member of the church and of the Salt Lake City PD suffered a gunshot wound to the back of the
neck paralyzing him for life. A shot  inflicted by fellow Mormon police officer
Roberts. Roberts has had to live with the knowledge that he was responsible for
conducting himself in a vocal rage against this writer and in an act of “transferred
intent” shot his partner in a temporary fit of insanity as they held sack on
the writer. Olson you will recall later committed suicide after his challenge
in the Salt Lake Tribune letters to Editor that if
President Kimball continued to lie that the church had nothing to do with the
stake out of Doug Wallace during which time he was injured that Kimball deserved
more than he to be in his wheel chair.

You continued to order violence against the writer with snipers placed atop
buildings surrounding Temple
Square with kill orders only to find that the Cosmos
outwitted you again. Finally we engaged in a court case in which you “ won” an
order enjoining the writer  from entering
upon Temple Square at certain times and conditions but only when those certain
times and conditions did not violate the First Amendment rights of the writer.
In fact no injunction of value exists and it was reinforced by my appeal to
make certain that the order was upheld and of record. It remains law in Utah to this day and no
notice of persona non grata can extinguish it.

At Spring Conference 1978, my publication The Millennial Messenger  in its March-April edition carried several
articles including an Intrigue Report detailing among other sinister items, the
crimes committed against the late Howard Hughes by the Church under the hand of
“Bill” Gay, leader of what was known as the Mormon Mafia. That article along
with several others pressured you to reverse the Black Priesthood ban on June
9, 1978.  You didn’t realize it but your
reversing the ban validated my connection with the cosmos and continued to
invalidate yours.

Hoping to have gotten me off your back, you had a new Mormon convert
reporter for your Seattle Station KIRO TV5  interview me at the former Tyee Inn in
Tumwater, Washington to find out if I was now satisfied by your action, would I
quit? My response was absolutely not! I cited the abuse of Howard Hughes outlined
in the Messenger
as reason suggesting it was my intention to see some of you in prison. It still
is! Your reporter was stunned and admitted his ignorance! The interview
immediately ended. Some of you were watching it live in the Marble Palace

During that preceding six months you had caused the institution of an
elaborate scheme (plot) in an attempt to gain control over me.  Your agents worked to get me to establish a
law office in Shelton, Washington so that a conspiracy to discredit
me with drug dealing could be used to silence me.

So a little over a week after you reversed the ban on June 21, 1978 you
caused the assassination of Shelton attorney John C. Ragan to create a vacant
law office with efforts of many bribed local characters to get me into it. You
spent Five Hundred Thousand Dollars and that scheme also failed because of your
refusal to accept that I was connected and was forewarned by instinct, hunches
and yes-- precognition of the plot beginning in January of that year. Had I
accepted your token of settlement by reversing the ban attorney, John Ragan
would likely still be alive. Again all of this is chronicled in UNDER THE MORMON
TREE

For the next thirty years I remained silent except to occasionally let
you know I was still around and counting time. I had been notified that it
would be thirty years before my next effort would be orchestrated by Providence so I have
waited upon the Cosmos.

In 1993 as an attorney I represented the film makers of GODMAKERS II in a futile effort on your part to
intimidate the withdrawal of that video from distribution because it contained
a five minute segment of testimony of several people alleging immoral sexual
conduct of President Gordon B. Hinckley shortly after he had been ordained an
Apostle. You had prior to this time, circulated a notice to Stakes, Wards and
Missions of the existence of the video and stating there was no truth in it;
that the allegations had been investigated by a non Mormon attorney and proven
false; that the witnesses had recanted their testimonies. I did in fact receive
copy of that notice which came to me from Guam.

After that notice circulated, the film makers, Ed Decker and Patrick Matrisciana
received a threatening letter from Patrick Shea a non Mormon attorney in SLC
which was forwarded to me. That letter threatened a lawsuit if its demand was not
heeded.

Unfortunately for you, I had several years previously  interviewed the prime accuser with a video camera
running copies of which to this day are still circulating out there. I insisted
on proof from Mr. Shea that he was authorized to represent the church and
demanded a copy of his authority. That proof was furnished over the signatures
of two counselors in the First Presidency. To make a long story short I advised
Mr. Shea that if he could point out any error in the video, the filmmakers
would excise it. He failed to offer such proof and I literally begged him to
file a lawsuit as truth would defeat him. He Backed off. The film is still in
circulation fifteen years after release and is available at www.jerimiahfilms.com It is also the source for the
segment “cartoon” working its way around the internet depicting the Mormon
Concept of the gospel pre and post mortal life. And you continue to dupe church
members with your notice of discredit of the video.

I hope by now I have demonstrated to you the connection I have enjoyed
with the Cosmos these past years which have defied your understanding. That
connection began over seventy years ago on the grounds of the old Lincoln Elementary School
in Ogden, Utah.
Again that has been chronicled in UNDER THE MORMON TREE.

Now the thirty year wait for the next event is close to an end it is
again time to communicate a new demand to you as directed by the Cosmos.

On or before January 2, 2008, you will communicate with an agent of this
writer to arrange a meeting resolving all past errors on the part of the church
as against the position of the writer.

Further, you will make public acknowledgement of  the 166 year existence of the Council of the
Fifty and its agenda of quest for empire of the church as the kingdom of god on
earth with the Mormon president as ordained earth King and you will nullify and
renounce that agenda.

Additionally, you will advise Mitt Romney to drop out of the
Presidential race.

I am unable to tell you what the consequences will be of your refusal to
comply with the demand. I know no more at this point than I did of what would
happen as a result of the leadership refusal to comply with the demand of
January 1, 1976. Again as before, I am just a messenger.

I can assure you however that the Almighty is poised to take action
against your lies and misrepresentations and that theocracy will not be allowed
to gain control of planet earth. All your schemes and plans will be exposed to
the light of day and you will likely wish you had never been born.

Now you can chose to ignore this notice and suffer the consequences of
your arrogance. Flip a coin. Take your chances. However, based upon what has
transpired in the past thirty six years, it would seem a little risky to me. If
I am wrong, I can live with it. If I am right, can you?
