Donald Tusk's center right party, Civic Platform, will now control Poland's government after winning 41% of the popular vote. The election had the highest turnout since 1989, the first free election after the fall of communism.
Tusk will become the Prime Minister and will form a coalition government with other conservative parties. Tusk is seen as pro Europe, favors a flat tax of 15% for income as well as corporate calculations, and is seen as a reformer.
