President Yudhoyono receives Iranian vice president

President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono received Iranian Vice President/Environment Minister Fatemeh Vaiz Javadi at the Four Seasons Hotel in Bali on Thursday morning.

Fatemeh`s 30-minute meeting with the Indonesian leader took place on the sidelines of the 13th Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).

At the meeting, Yudhoyono was accompanied by Coordinating Minister for People`s Welfare Aburizal Bakrie, Minister/State Secretary Hatta Rajasa and presidential spokesman Dino Patti Djalal, while Fatemeh was accompanied by Iranian Ambassador to Indonesia Behrooz Kamalvadi, Director General of Ecotourism Yazdani and his wife.

There was no immediate information on the outcome of the meeting.
