President Yudhoyono shocked after hearing Benazir Bhutto`s death

"Of course he (President) was shocked and condemned the terrorists," Dino Patti Djalal, presidential spokesman told Antara here on Thursday night.
The head of state expressed a hope that such fatal accident will not harm democracy in Pakistan, which is now unstable especially towards its general elections which will be held on January 15, 2008.
At present, Indonesian relations with Pakistan under the administration of President Pervez Musharraf is running well, and the same thing happened when Pakistan was under the previous government, he said.
"This is not to intervene Pakistan`s domestic affairs, but Indonesia highly appreciates the on-going reconciliation efforts, marking the return of oppotition leaders such as Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharief, to return to their country for the general elections," he said.
