William Simpson, Community Activist and Barred Carnegie Director

William is seen here asking the new Carnegie Security guard, who was pleasant and helpful as he could be, to get him his new membership card since he is barred and cannot enter the building.  The guard tried, but was told that William would have to see Ethel Whitty or Dan Tetrault, the City's number 1 and 2 at the Centre, before getting his card.  He is entitled to the card, and this kind of unnecessary petty action just makes the City look bad.  This is where you would expect the Board to put it's foot down.
