Portugal and France meet each other for the second 2006 World Cup semi final in Munich, to battle for a place in the final.

France 1, Portgual 0

Les Bleus have made it all the way. The captain, Zinedine Zidane, brought out of retirement for this World Cup, struck a clinical penalty past Ricardo at 33 minutes to take the French to the final. France will now face Italy on Sunday.
