In an interesting article on the German Right Wing Conservative revisionist Carl Schmitt, who is the father of modernist conservative anti-parlimentary/ anti-liberalism, the author contends that Schmitts theories apply to the Howard Government in Australia. In fact they apply equally to the leadership style and politics of RH Stephen Harper as well.
