ROME - Power outages left central Rome without electricity for about 30 minutes on Monday.
Some parliamentary offices as well as the area around the Trevi Fountain were affected by the first outage, which hit about 4 p.m. and lasted for about 20 minutes, the ANSA news agency said. A second one hit shortly afterward for a few minutes.
