Power of Senior Citizens Outfox Power of Mumbai Builder

A group of senior citizens have fought and won against a builder who had been harassing them to sell their flats.

The 10 families of Lovlita building, opposite J W Marriott Hotel in Juhu, who were fighting Salim Makda, have forced him to not only back off, but also leave the building.

Makda decided to move out after the police, responding to an FIR filed by residents, warned him to behave. He is now planning to sell his three flats in the four-storeyed building.
