Powerful U.S. lumber group gives thumbs up to tentative softwood deal

Canadian Press - WASHINGTON (CP) - The powerful U.S. lumber industry group that's led the charge against Canadian softwood lumber imports says it will accept a framework deal hammered out by the two countries in a bid to solve the bitter trade dispute.
