Charity Desk Calendar On Sale

PHOTOGRAPHERS WITHOUT BORDERS ANNOUNCES
2008 CHARITY DESK CALENDAR TO SUPPORT EDUCATION

ROCKFORD, IL —Photographers Without Borders is proud to announce the release of its first charity desk calendar. The calendar contains fine art photographs submitted by photographers from around the world. The Board of Directors deliberated over 60 different photographs before making the final selections included in the 2008 desk calendar and assembled a Photographer Information Sheet to accompany each calendar.
 
Proceeds raised from the sale of the calendar will fund projects already underway at Photographers Without Borders. The Board of Directors has also approved a donation to the One Laptop Per Child project (www.laptop.org) in support of the PWB mission statement to provide educational support to the communities of the world. And finally, money will be set aside for the Photographers Without Borders scholarship fund in preparation for the 2008/2009 school year.

Photographers Without Borders is also offering special bulk pricing to schools and organizations that would like to use the calendar for their fall fund-raiser. Very attractive pricing will allow these groups to collect profits of over 50% on each calendar sold.
