The Philippine Web Awards, an annual awards event that recognizes the best of the best in the local web scene organized by Media G8Way, announces over the weekend that Manny Pacquiao, Alaska Aces and Daniel Razon are now finalists in the local web awards race.
Daniel Razon or Kuya Daniel, a name he is more popularly called due to his Good Morning, Kuya daily morning interactive telemagazine show aired over UNTV 37, is twice winner of the People’s Choice Award in the same category for two consecutive years in 2005 and 2006.
His Web site houses his works of more than two decades in the public broadcasting from his earlier radio works to his present endeavors in television. Also a photographer, musician, composer and sports aficionado, his gallery are filled with his collection of musical compositions’ tracks and lyrics, photo galleries, and videos of works in the field of broadcasting and public service efforts.
Currently live on his website is the micro site of his photo exhibit titled In My Eyes which showcased his flair and creativity in the field of photography.
Come the 23rd of November this year, the winner among the three will be declared based on judges’ unanimous pick as the most outstanding website in the Celebrities category.
