McGraw calls for open trade agenda to help boost economic growth

Harold McGraw III, chairman, president and CEO of The McGraw-Hill Companies (NYSE: MHP), delivered last evening's keynote address at the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of New York's 23rd Annual Dinner.
