U.S. SAFE FROM TERRORISTS

Hells Angel from Germany "Not Allowed to Fly Over the United States"

January 28, 2008

We should all feel safe and secure from terrorists now that one of the Hells Angels from Germany was not allowed to fly over the United States while on route from Berlin to Tahiti for a vacation (holiday) with his girlfriend.

The couple flew via Air France from Berlin to Paris and then was scheduled for a two hour layover in Los Angeles before heading onto Tahiti for what would have been a wonderful holiday.

Instead Frank Weber was pulled aside, away from his girlfriend and arrested by Homeland Security.

Mr. Weber was taken into the security room at Los Angeles International Airport by Homeland Security and told he was not allowed to enter the United States because he was a Hells Angel.

And that was the only reason "because you are a Hells Angel." A Hells Angel with no prior criminal convictions or criminal record. Mr. Weber was questioned about the Hells Angel Motorcycle Club. A term no longer used by Homeland Security. To Homeland Security they are known as Hells Angels Street Gang, Hells Angels Criminal Organization or Hells Angels Outlaw Motorcycle Club. The name used to describe the group changes on a daily basis depending on which Government agency is reporting and which agenda is being enforced.

Could it be that Homeland Security is unaware of the fact that it is not illegal to be a Hells Angel in the United States or are they still continuing to make their own rules that we are unaware of?

Homeland Security even went a step further to tell Mr. Weber not only was he banned from entering the United States but he was not allowed to travel in U.S. airspace. It was irrelevant that Mr. Weber had already travelled across the United States and landed in the west coast city of Los Angeles just miles away from the Pacific Ocean.

"This is not allowed" Homeland Security stated.

Concerned about his girlfriend and himself he contacted family and friends back home to tell of the news.

Assuming it was a customs issue, due to travelling abroad, the customs department at LAX was contacted and were helpful in trying to find Mr. Weber but without all of the vital information necessary his whereabouts could not be determined.

The next thing Mr. Weber understood was that he was back on an Air France flight not to Tahiti but back to Paris and he was alone. His girlfriend was ordered to continue her flight to Tahiti by herself.

Who knew Homeland Security was at work protecting its citizens.

If this is the type of people they are arresting what type of people are they letting get by?

Hello CJaye,

This was an interesting story to say the least - though I'd have enjoyed reading the source story too.  Next time, could you please leave a link to the actual source of the story, not just for the community web site? (It's also a matter of journalism ethics) and should be applied to images also.

America's reputation is flowing down the toilet, like a slow flush, due to many bad decisions and amid accusations that charge Homeland Security with profiling people for detention - even when they have no facts.

When my youngest son was in primary school and during a fair, the Hell's Angels asked if they could help raise money for the school, by offering rides to people on their Harleys.  They charged AUS$5 per ride and made a fortune for the school.

Every year, during the Motorcycle Grand Prix on Phillip Island in Australia, my mother together with the rest of her church, would make a hot breakfast for all the riders, including the Hell's Angels.  She used to refer to them as her "good boys."

At one time when I lived in New Zealand, the ground began to literally shake and a deep rumble that I'd never heard the likes of before, began to sound through the city.  It was 1200 Angels riding in double file through Wellington.

They were sombre, quiet and rode through at around 20 mph.  People lined the streets and waved, but not one smile did we see.  They were on their way to a funeral - another Hell's Angels member.  Even by today's standards, it was the most awesome spectacle I've ever seen up close.

Are they capable of violence - sure they are - do they go out and look for it like the gangs on our streets?  No - because that isn't their way.

When will Homeland Security get their facts straight - and begin to apprehend the right people?
