West Clinic continues expansion into Asia with Shanghai center

"West Clinic and literally hundreds of health care companies have made Tennessee a center for innovation and improvement in the quality of care delivery around the world," said Governor Bredesen. "The expansion of ties between Tennessee and China in the area of health care is a primary focus of this trade mission."

"The Chinese government has been very open with us about starting a dialogue on the development of facilities like the one announced today," said Commissioner Kisber. "West Clinic's expertise in this area is extremely valuable."

Steven Tucker, MD, FACP will serve as Medical Director for West Clinic International Shanghai. Tucker will continue his current role as Medical Director for West Clinic International Singapore while assuming responsibility for the Shanghai center.
