Probe into Toronto robberies expands (East Liverpool Review)

TORONTO - An arrest stemming from a string of burglaries and thefts in the city during the previous two months has expanded into a full-blown probe into what Tri-State Area law enforcement officials say was a major theft ring operating in two states.
