People were setting up shop today at 47th and 2nd Avenue in anticipation for a rally across from United Nations on Tuesday September 18th, 2007 to protest Iranian President Ahmadinejad, wanted for crimes against humanity. The rally appears to be led by a group called the "Committee against Ahmadeinjad". It claims some of Ahmadinejad's crime's include:
- 100 public executions since July '07
- 1,300 Orders of execution since August '05
- responsible for 73% of Attacks against U.S. forces in Iraq (not sure how one comes up with such a statistic)

So what do you guys consider 'valid sources'?

Wall Street Journal? Tehran Watch

Human Rights Watch?  Iran

How about this directory of Iranian blogs ? You can explore it yourselves and see for yourself what they are saying.

What I find alarming is how few of the blogs from inside Iran are still up. There used to be a whole lot more.

Read them and weep.
