ANIMAL rights activists have run unclothed through the streets of Pamplona, Spain to protest against the annual running of the bulls.

Activists, who ran in the hundreds, covered part of the route that the pack of six fighting bulls and six meek steers will charge themselves tomorrow.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals organised the sprint through Spain for the fifth year and chanted slogans that charged the running of the bulls as cruel, before ending at the gate of Pamplona’s bull ring.
