It seems that all the hype about the Sony PS3 hasn’t turned into sales here in Australia.

Australia has only just got the console on the 23rd March  (yes, the PAL version with the PS2 compatibility hardware removed) and shop signs were everywhere ‘Midnight launch!”, “ Preorder Now” , “Very limited stock”…that was Thursday ... on Saturday when I was in Target (Dept store) they were beaming over the intercom that they have discounted the price of the PS3 (already, just two days after launch!) and there are plenty of consoles in stock. Other stores around the place seem to have plenty of stock as well.

Maybe the crazy price of AUD$999 is the real problem here - I don’t know what Sony were thinking with that, compared to US and Japan prices.

Hello Goldcoaster,

I do appreciate your reply and answers. That's terrific! I would have responded sooner, however, I'VE BEEN BLOCKED! =) =( ? ?

I was going to contact you after I made 2 posts on Pat Tillman. Before I saw your comment, because I wanted you to know I was trying to do less tags. Maybe you can see the "Honda threatens Pentagon with hearings on Pat Tillman’s death" story?

I didn't do as well on "$Dr$ Laura Schlessinger and her Bush". I was going to take some tags off. However, now I can't do that function.
I've had a problem. It's not just you =) NowPublicers are good at complaints...the problem is, if I ask a question, make the change, even e-mail, there is not always a response. How do I know what they want? Alot of mix ups.

I've had posts disappear and reappear with the text changed. NOT NICE! One complaint was because something made no sense, words somehow were scrambled. I did change that and e-mailed questions about disappearing et al. Days went by, no answer to 2 e-mails. Then this: "Your membership privileges have been temporarily blocked. Your postings have been misleading and potentially potentially libelous." Sat, 31 Mar 2007. Do they say what's misleading? Or potentially libelous? NO. I would not do libelous. If it appeared misleading to others, when given the chanch I can make changes. The no response, just "punish" is negative business style.

I can (so far) look and comment, and I saw "$Dr$ Laura Schlessinger and her Bush" was totally removed. That was after I explained the connections. I can only change things when they unblock. The story part was an AP report, I did not write, it was the linked story. They marked it spam. Was that the problem? No word of their definition of spam. Creepy when they are this unfair. Someone asked "what was the connection?" I answer. No one suggests anything to change, they go to punish mode. What is crazy, the AP story is missing but the image "$Dr$ Laura Schlessinger and her Bush", I found. Was the removed AP spam? They don't understand the Schlessinger part yet. They think it's one obsessed person, it's most of the town, but my few friends and I are not most of the town. It's not just whether you agree with Schlessinger or not. It's her awful behaviors, lack of ethics et al. People who agree with her on her politics and all, DETEST her phoniness. If people were more educated about her, they'd understand her years of cruelty and vile and about big business. They think she is a little old "moral lady" or something? She has huge potentical to do more harm. She can also afford a huge PR firm to keep the fantasy going.

This week she is disparaging the captured British female and calling for court martial. She jumps into her opinions with little thought. Last week she disparaged 2 accredited professionals, calling their years of serious study "infuriating nonsense". Her expertise was from an ANONYMOUS friend of hers, an "ex-gangbanger" The issue is, do we try a 14 year old as an adult? I like fair debate and discussion. She's too eager with a lynch mob mentality.

In Santa Barbara we have enough 1st amendment problems. The NO communication problems are destroying town. And now they are going after bloggers. Your reply is greatly appreciated. People like you make the world a better place. Thank you, lol
