"Put Yourself In His Shoes"

 Over the course of 7 years Onis M. Kelley has proclaimed his innocents, never once has he failed to speak the truth about his case. He was brought up for Parole on July 17, 2007, He was denied , not because he is guilty. He was denied because he will not admitt to a crime that he did'nt committ. It has been proven time and time again through the Judicail System that this Man is Innocent. Why can't he be released? Does the System only work for those who have Money?A man should never have to spend time in Prison if he has proven his innocense, but Onis M. Kelley has spent 70% of the time that he was given and still they will not release him. What more is there to prove by keeping an innocent Man behind bars?He refuses to sign their Paper admitting to this Crime. Anyone that has read the Transcript has seen that he should have never spent one minute behind bars, but the fact comes back to not having Sufficient Deffense, his Lawyer was not quailified to defend him in this type of Trial.

What does it take to get someone to listen to the facts of this Case? Is there anyone that cares about how our Citizens are being falsely convicted of Crime, is it just to boost the ego's of the Prosecutor's. Does Our State Represenitives believe that it is not their Job's to help those in need? Why must a man have to beg to be heard, and when he files paperwork, why does it have to be denied because of time. When you are behind bars, time is what you make it. It should be part of our Constitution to allow these people the right to fight for themselves as much as possible. With Rules , such as Rule 37, Men have no chance if they don't know the law first hand. If we have to deffend ourselves, then what do we need Lawyers for, to throw Money away for no reason, everyone is suppose to recieve the best deffense that is possible, that was'nt true in this Case, David Harrod of the Harrod Law Firm in Hamburg Ar, Is an Estate Planner, not a Criminal Lawyer. He should have never agreed to be Onis M. Kelley's Attorney, because he new that he was'nt equiped to give the best Deffense.

David Chambers should have never been allowed to Prosecute this Case, Because he had a history with the Defendant, which should have been declared a breach of ethics. He had once been Onis M. Kelley's Personal attorney, that was Morally wrong for him to be able to Prosecute someone that he once had been affiliated with.

 It is my believe that with someone helping , that Onis M. Kelley would not have to spend anymore time in Prison. I have asked for help for months now, is there anyone out there with the compassion to stand up and help a fellow Citizen to be released from Prison, knowing that he is innocent should make it all worth the while. Bring a father home to his kids,and a Grandfather home too!!
