Pyramids at Giza

My friend Natasha and I mistunderstood the heavy accent of the tour guide "50 minutes vs. 15 minutes" The busload of people were pissed and thought we were just being jerks staying out so long. I couldn't believe we would fly all the way to Egypt and see the biggest site in 15 minutes! We had to go the the Egyptian police because they thought there was a problem. I got to use my little bit of Arabic and the policeman was amused. I found out he speaks no English....great he understood nothing of what we said! Everything was ok other than the attitudes we got the rest of the trip from certain people and our tour leader thinking we were jerks. Mistakes happen people!
