Queens of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme has revealed that he's in
dyer need of a knee operation. The singer refuses to go under the knife
until the band has completed their summer tour. The frontman previously
had knee surgery back in 2005 but has recently been seen limping and
walking with a stick. Homme says he has no intention of canceling any
shows. He recently told Stereo Warning: "It's (his knee) messed up bad.
It hurts. I gotta go home and have surgery again. On stage it hurts a
lot. I have at least 3-4 moments a set where it feels like boulders
underwater, when they hit each other. It's the only way I can describe
it. He added: "But what do I do, go home? I gotta finish what I
started. Everyone cancels all the time for hurting their finger and
stuff like that, that's not me."

The band is set to begin their North American tour later this month.
